Meet the Tri-Region Menshed Staff

We are a group of older men that saw a need to provide a means of support for older men's health and wellness in the Tri-Region area of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland county.  We endorse activities that reduce loneliness, isolation, and enhance their quality of life through socialization, creativity, education, projects, day trips, sharing, or just sitting around drinking coffee.  A men's shed is whatever our members want it to be. We provide the space and the tools to make that happen.
